Shipping policy

At uniwaybc.ca, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. To ensure that your order arrives in a timely and secure manner, we have partnered with Canada Post carrier.

General Shipping Terms

  • All delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.
  • While Uniway Computers BC and our shipping partners strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, actual delivery times may vary.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Details

The total cost of your order includes all applicable shipping and handling charges, which will be shown on your Uniway Computers BC invoice.

We currently ship only within Canada. Orders placed with a shipping address outside of Canada will not be processed. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Country: Canada;
Estimated Handling Days: 1–4 business days;
Estimated Transit Days: 1–5 business days;
Costs:
  • For items weighing 0–8 kg (e.g., laptops, compact PCs, desktops): $20
  • For items exceeding 8 kg (e.g., gaming PCs): $30

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable if a product is returned, as these fees are paid to the shipping carrier for the service provided.

Delivery Estimates

Unless otherwise explicitly stated on the site, all delivery timelines are estimates only. We do our best to ship your orders from our warehouses as quickly as possible. After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

Order Tracking

If you have already registered on uniwaybc.ca, you can track your order, shipping and handling information on your account. If you have not registered on our website, you can track your order here with your Order ID and email.

Note:

Handling Days: The Handling Day tells you when a package leaves our warehouse.

Transit Days: The Transit Day is the time it takes the carrier to deliver a product to a customer. Actual delivery dates may vary due to various factors such as shipping delays, weather conditions, etc.
